Breakfast is served in the Safari room
overlooking the Patio and pool when
 the weather is cool or rainy.


In the summer months, breakfast is served
under the pool side canopy. (Many guests
enjoy a swim before breakfast.)

Our fare is our trademark – all our dishes are prepared with only the freshest of local county produce, dairy and meat products.  Every breakfast offers a fine selection of fruit juices, fresh fruit salad or fruit platter, yogurts (including non-fat), home-made muesli, freshly baked croissants, muffins or scones.  Whole-wheat or white toast is served with home-made County preserves, herbal teas and delicious dark roasted coffee.

  In addition,  we offer one of the following hot dishes:  
Asparagus Quiche

Our house specialty – a heavenly-light crust less quiche brimming with in-season asparagus, County cheese, delicious sweet red peppers, seasoned with fresh chives – served with fresh steamed & buttered asparagus spears and rasher of crispy  bacon.

   
Crepes

Paper thin home made crepes filled with cream cheese, topped with blueberry maple syrup, County cream and seasonal fresh fruit.

   
Nona's Breakfast Medley

Start your day with a medley of sautéed diced bacon, tomatoes, red peppers and mushrooms served on a toasted English muffin, topped with County cheese and lightly grilled.  Scrambled eggs on the side.

   
Bacon and Eggs

For the hearty of heart – crispy bacon, your choice of fried, poached or scrambled eggs, grilled tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms and lightly seasoned hash-browns.
